Our Financial Service Center phone number is 615-886-4788. Please feel free to call about any billing concerns. Each patient calling this number will have the convenience of having their basic billing questions such as account balance, when and to whom account was billed, payments received, etc., answered by our 24-hour/7-days-per-week electronic phone service.
When calling to inquire about a patient bill, please have the patient's account number for easy reference.
If you prefer you may speak with a patient account representative during regular business office hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time.
We, also, have financial counselors and a cashier on site at Summit Medical Center who may answer your billing concerns or receive payments.
Your hospital bill will include all of the hospital charges for treatment and services rendered to you. The bill does not include physician charges who were involved with your care such as your personal physician, your surgeon, the anesthesiologist, pathologist, emergency department physician, radiologist, or other physicians's who were consulted during your stay. You will receive separate bills from these physicians.
